CSA Mobile: list of the major threats to the security of mobile devices

The experts provided a list of the major threats to the security of mobile devices.

Data loss, insecure Wi-Fi-connection and NFC leads in the list of the main threats to the security of mobile devices.

According to a study by CSA Mobile, 81% of respondents believe that today one of the major threats to the security of mobile devices are unsecured Wi-Fi-connection and unprotected access point to the Internet.


According to experts, leads the list of threats to the security of mobile devices in data loss. Specialists note different ways and mechanisms of loss of information, including the theft or loss of the gadget, and the spread of various malicious programs to sensitive information of mobile devices.

Along with this, the researchers note, and the spread of other threats, such as unsafe third-party software security vulnerabilities of the operating system, insecure Wi-Fi-connection and fraudulent software market.
